Perimenopause is a natural process but it’s not talked about enough until it hits you smack in the face—leaving you to wonder if you will ever sleep through the night without sweating on your sheets and being tired and irritated all the time.


Honestly, I don’t feel like I got much help from my healthcare providers, so I did a lot of anecdotal research and trial and error. Each woman has to find what works for her, but sharing is caring.


(It’s not for everyone but also looking into HRT if you have symptoms that make life less manageable.)
